Megan answered instead, "well, that is actually a good idea. There was no actual intention behind it. Right now, neither the academy nor the departments produce enough to satisfy the demand locally or otherwise. Both have been on the rise. With the availability of transportation and so many people being lifted out of poverty, they are now buying up potions and artifacts. We are getting requests to open potion and artifact selling shops all over the province daily. But we simply can't supply so many shops just yet even if we stopped exporting."

"But we can't stop exporting. It's our exports that are buying us peace and security," Gin said casually.
