Chapter 422: Chapter 419 - Unexpected Arrival

Seeing this, Jones subconsciously rolled his gaze at the second floor. Vincent had promised him to find a way to take the arsonist to him. But now that the lawyer exposed their plan, Jones was losing patience.

"I don't care about the money! I just want to destroy anyone who dared to destroy the environment!" Jones growled, then jolted from his seat and suddenly snatched Dylan's waist, taking him hostage at a gunpoint. 

"Tell me who paid the arsonist or I will blow this bitch's fucking head!"

The sound of gun cocking immediately filled the entire room as the guards pointed their guns at the opposing side. 

Dylan rolled his eyes and pursed his lips sourly, not flinching in the slightest though he didn't expect that tension would elevate this fast.

"Mr. Jones, I think—" Prescott hadn't even finished his sentence when the towering guard behind him suddenly struck the back of his head with the gun and made him fall unconscious.
