I mean, if he has the template then he has a one piece body, which are not only stronger and have higher potential, but they have much kore vitality as well. Chakra is a combination of physical and mental energy, so a one piece body and an older soul would realistically grant that chakra. I am not saying I want the mc to be OP or not, i read to latest chapter and author pulled completely unreasonable moves and messed timeline. That aside, probably a senju or uzumaki would have chunin chakra at 7-8, though there aren't any facts to prove or disprove this either

Honestly while this is fine atm, the "perks" he gets when a skill reaches level 5 is more exciting, though I dont't remember the one for swordsmanship or if there even was one. Author should make some quests give ability points to stack them up

20 basic swordsman levels means 20 str and 20 agi, additoional 10 for overall level, makes it 30 in both so far. 9levels in official swordsman is 18 str and 18 agi, making it 48 so far. 10 str from chef and 10 from agent make it 68... Additionally it was mentioned he got several stat points from training alone, they should be at least 80 points by now...

I guess you are going for something like ayanokoji based on "ability to learn is ridiculous", which is fine, but don't make mc have 200iq by default from that, of course you can make him find or create yin based jutsus that increase intelligence if you are going down the big brain route. The original substitution is the Jutsu which forms a thread of chakra that connects a log or similar object by chakra thread to the user and then a high-speed circular-like motion is done to do an evasive manoeuvre, which involves releasing some chakra from the body too, similar to Shunshin, but all that is done by the jutsu, thus is not full a conscious effort.

I think its alright so far, but except for small grammar mistakes in places, for the names of the jutsu you should use either full english or full japanese names, ideally full english as someone that doesn't read them that often would not recognize the names. Finally, give the mc a name and introduce his skill properly, as he trained for 500 years and you don't say what he trained in, also taijutsu is missing from his evaluation form above but i am not sure if that is intentional
