um ask yourself how many kage level powerhouses came out of any other clans. now ask yourself do you want to be cannon fodder and a little safer lol considering your cannon fodder and one wrong mission your dead Afterall the mission comes first ask sakumo. . it's not a choice he has to go for a powerful clan if not then he is limiting his future and what ever knowledge he knows becomes useless. like the kage bunshin no one but a chakra powerhouse with strong body can exploit that.
And thus any decent bloodline like the Uchiha, Uzamaki or Senju is off limits, unless I wanted a massive target on my back.

well we are usually given 2 weeks of ideally. of course sick pay and extra weeks we take off is on us and looks bad to the boss. but 2 weeks of work is what is expected. oh yeah we also get public holidays but we are a modern xiv they are a mediaeval civ where a days feed is already good
The whores are all treated well and respectably for Kings Landing. They can take three days off twice a year, there is a maester and an acolyte of healing in each establishment to take care of the girls and boys and any of their children but it comes out of their pay though its not as much as it should be.
