The story is good. I like how the protagonist overcame her tragic past with positive thoughts and attitudes. The twins are also very cute. I know it is too early to do a review. Luckily, the male lead and his cute son are always there to protect and encourage her. Another thing I love about this novel is the comedic interactions between the characters. I've read the Chinese raws up to 1500+ The story line isn't particularly deep, but it's very engaging. Honestly speaking, I don't think that a deep plot is necessary for a novel of this genre either. What that pulls you into this novel is the interaction between the characters. The characters have their unique personality, and the hilarious way which they interact with one another is what that builds the story. I'll recommend it for those who are looking for a slice of life, doting, comedy, with a pinch of face-slapping from time to time.
Esse romance é ótimo! A tradução é boa. Eu amo a relação entre os personagens em particular da família Ye. É tão engraçado XD. Gosto de como Xing lou é independente e de como ela tenta chegar ao topo sozinha, embora possa depender de suas conexões. É claro que você ainda tem aqueles personagens ruins e egocêntricos irritantes (que me lembram muito os personagens de First Marriage Then Love) . Eu não posso esperar para o relacionamento deles se desenvolver, ela não parece ter realmente desenvolvido nenhum sentimento por ele ainda T ^ T! <<
This is one of the few novels I've been reading waaaaay back when I was just venturing the CN world. I absolutely love it. Why? I honestly don't know. This is an emotional roller coaster novel that's really unforgettable, it never left my library and I re-read my fave chapters from time to time. Furthermore, this is a novel. Imagination and creativity are the foundations of a novel, so don't expect that it'll be realistic even if set in the modern timeline. Please expect lots of face-slapping instead, it'll satisfy you. I believe that we read to have fun and not speculate if it will happen in real life. Readers should also be mindful of the tags under this novel as it was kind of complex like the other works of this author.

Hahah MC is the most unreal female character (beautiful and good at everything) that I have ever met in the world of fiction. But I am secretly moved. It is as if my fantasy came true if I was in her situation. Kidnapped? Smoothly. She is a sniper and skilled in fighting. Is your status not good enough for ML? Hahahah it's ML who's not good enough for her

The best in its genre. The story is alright. There are too many WN similar to this one but they suck. It's similar to The Bad New Wife is a Little Sweet!...
If you are thinking about reading this, please do. Worthy to binge read, but if I happen to read this while it's updating, I'll probably be never be able to finish this. I came back to this about 5 times. I was just bored at the start. Idk how it manages to have many things going on while not moving anything. So, I keep dropping this. Only in the fifth reading did I manage to read further. If you're like me, just keep reading. Maybe you'll find it interesting later on.
This is different from other stories from the same genre in the way of how author introduces lots of detour for the two protag to get together. The male MC is just too... accomodating toward the girl's wishes. So their relationship only progress when the girl want it.
