Synopsis

Kind of too ambitious to rate and review at this stage, but.. I've voted for it's release since forever ago and I'm not regretting it. The fact the (most likely) male lead already appear briefly give me fresh air. I just hoped it won't be too long until they met again properly. So far the story is "classically" introducing the female lead and her environment. A bitchy sisters and two faced step mother. She was determined to live a good life this time around. I'm waiting for her well deserving face slap and all the adventurous ride along the way. Eldest Miss Wen I'm rooting on you! Mr. Rich Stranger, I'm waiting to know your name too! I also hope for a regular update and mass release. That would be perfect, but I know good content takes time so.. I'm just waiting patiently and stocking up my stones.
I'll be dumping this story pretty soon. Why because I am not a fan of the characters and it falls in the typical "no offense Chinese modern rebirth" story lines to which at first the FL seems appealing but then you have a beyond alpha ML who took & will be taking romantic/sexual advantage of a 15 year old, she does nothing about this. To make matters worse, its looked on as okay with the elders. There are so many things wrong about this on several levels, its not funny. I am glad that the FL is taking proactive steps in changing her life for the better. But everything else sucks big time and its the usual romance trope when its abuse on several levels. Especially with the drugs, rape etc. some of which is condone and richly supported by the readers here. Here's the reality - THIS IS WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG, and I hate the fact that these stories are trying to let the reader feel that its right worse when its ML as a form of support of his character. His character sucks big time when or if he does these things, especially to a ****. Its not love, its a power play, and then you have him overly possessive to boot. This is why women will never get the respect, sincerity or appreciation they deserve. This is why few women do not report being sexually assaulted etc. its because there is no real punishment or consequence for the male worse the ML. There is nothing done and its condoned and given as a reward, yet the woman is called to fault. My grandstanding stops here. I see the high rating, reviews and COMPLETELY disagree with it. But sadly these type of stories is very popular among readers at least 70% female. I have read and am reading more quality rebirth/reborn stories which truly deserves a higher rating than this crappy story. I had to be fair and give it good ratings for translation & stability. But other than that, this story is a dump for me.

The novel is interesting with rebirth plot from the beginning until the present chapter.The story is easy to understand and the characters development are good. The main male character identity has not been disclose yet. Looking forward to read how MC will deal with her family members in this present life with help from friends and the male lead along the way.

The Female Lead? Love her. Honestly a good character, love those revenge fueled plots. The Male Lead? Throw that pedophile away. Who in their right mind falls in love with someone who forced you into their car and forced themselves on you afterwards!! They havenโt even had that many conversations with each other! This guy just wants her to be his โpartnerโ if you get my drift. Funny thing is, the female lead actually physically refused his advances! And yet he still prays on her! Does consent not exist to you author??? Her heart may be racing but god knows that not love!

hahaha..Finally!!! Being a rebirth story, it's bound to have revenge, face-slapping etc. to keep the story going AND I'M DEFINITELY SATISFIED AS OF THE RECENT CHAPTERS!! MC is the true phoenix who was lost at birth and after coming back, led her first life being manipulated by the puny cannon fodders into death and came back! Face-slapping starts almost instantly after her 'come back' and if this pace keeps up..I'm satisfied with the energy stones I gave and will also give all my power stones to it...hummu..it's that good! The side characters, as of now, are not 3 dimensional and appear too cliche but it's still worth reading. It's a breath of fresh air as the MC was described to be a hooligan rather than a waste so, I'm looking forward in that direction..I love it when FLs are savage..hehehe A mysterious man has been introduced and he is black-bellied(secretly gives a like) The Translator team did a wonderful job...kudos!! <(_ _)> Thanks to the author for a good story. **. I liked this before it turned into pedophilia and sexual harassment. So maybe about 8 chapters. If youโre into that, youโre gonna have a field day. Have fun.
This is purely my own opinion, I really do not like the way the male lead interact with the female lead is overwhelming creepy and because he is basically (as you say) grooming her not to reject his advances, like come on.... he is like 20 and she is 15, people are gonna say that is not so bad but clearly she is underaged and the author specifically wrote that she is on chapter 64 so don't you tell me that in china 14 years old is legal and all. The female lead did not consent to his advances either but he still kiss her and sneak into her room at night??? What the heck? It's not like she knows the male lead well either, he is most likely just an acquaintance to her. So currently the female lead is liking him for his face value( even though she could refused another handsome guy magically), mysterious charm , aggressive and dominating atmosphere. I know some might find it cute and sweet but I just feel uncomfortable. You might be wondering why I bothered to continue reading even though I do not like the male lead. I continued mainly because of the second male lead Xu zhenyu! He is so awkward and lovable to me and does his best to change himself to suit the female lead. His past self help the female lead and the present is loyal to her so I don't get why she won't love him even though he went through so much to her in her past life. But the female lead just loving the male lead cause of his aggressive pursuit over her. Now that I know that Zhenyu will never be together with Xinya and it's now premium, I will not continue reading this novel. I thank the author for creating this novel but this is my opinion of the book after reading the chapters. I really hope they switch the male lead to Zhenyu.

The book itself seems to be interesting, HOWEVER the comments being made in chapter 60 are worthy of being repeated here. It does seem that the older male character is grooming the younger in age (albeit not as young in soul) character like a pedo would. Just a warning.
I kind of disappointed in the story because of the second male lead. He save xinya in the last life but he still didn't get the male lead role.

Stopped at chapter 900 The plot was just recycled Highschool life was diffiCult for with Xie Ruya. Then in college again they are in same school where the usual cliche and plots of Xie Ruya with her minions destroYing the FL reputation through slander. I guess most nOvels limit is 1000 chaps and theyโll run out of plots to use and ends up recycling. It did worse also when the FL is so indecisive and muddle headed. She is too merciful allowing Ning Shuqian and Xie RuYa to get away all the time. She is only amassing hate and enemies. She was killed by them Before so why doubt to strike a final blow. As they say cut the roots so that it wont grow further. I expected a lot from this story as i thought it has a strong FL. Turned out it was one of the worse. Instead of progressive character development , it became regressive. I did not like the fact also that she lead on Xu Zhenyu. She clearly knew the guy likes her. Eventhough the guy did not confess or reVeal anything to her, she shouLd just have stirred clear away from him if she does not plan to reciprocate. She owe the guy so much as he was the only one who did nOt abandon her. He was even the one who took her corpse in the morge as no one wants claim her body. She was the one who caused him to go to jail in the first place. She had control and she should gave just chosen to not be acquainted in him. She is too wicked. Her rebirth has become fruitless as she hurt the peRson she owed the most. All she did was flirt abd forNicate its so disgusting.
how could i explain this, when i am reading a novel, could easily pin point the mL, but in this book, i have this weird feeling that there is another mL that is more suitable than him, i could picture him as a teenager and not a man that could support his woman

Don't really care for the male lead. He seems a little to impatient for the female lead. She's a child and he's already an *****. He needs to serious back off and at least wait until she is 18! I'm glad she lives with her grandfather. Her father and his family are really unlikable.
This story was ok but it just wasnโt for me. Iโm more of a romance reader and this story seems to take its time letting the two leads grow before getting together. If you are a person who enjoys reading about the leads as they accomplish their own separate goals before getting together than this story is perfect for you. Go for it, go it a try, BUT if youโre like me and just want a romance novel focusing on them and them alone, then this isnโt for you. But who knows ๐คทโโ๏ธ everyoneโs tasteโs are different. I LOVE THIS BOOK. It was well written. The characters were well describe so does the emotions. I love the story development. Rebirth story is my cup of tea but recently rebirth stories been a bit less interesting. I love how the FL strives for the better version of herself and corrected mistakes she made on her prev life. I just hope this book will alwayz be updated til the end. So excited to read moreeeeeee chapters.
